Send any question about this policy and any request concerning your data to info@adanossogutma.com. There is no telephone line on the site; contact is handled in writing. The WhatsApp links on the pages are part of that same written channel and carry the company's number.

Adanos's operations in the European Union are carried out through Adanos EU BV (Sterrebeekstraat 176E, 1930 Zaventem, België, 1035.431.547). Visitors located in the EU may address their requests directly to that company as well.

The fields you type into the quote form: full name, phone, email, business name, product of interest and your message. Only name and phone are required; you may leave the rest empty.

When you submit, the server adds a few technical fields: your browser's identification string (user agent), the time of submission, the moment this text was shown to you and its version, and the language you filled the form in. A simple score is also calculated to prioritise the request internally; that score does not determine the price or the answer you receive. Your IP address is kept briefly in a separate table to stop repeated submissions from the same address; it is not written to your quote record.

With advertising permission, campaign tags, referral details and the first landing page may be added to your quote request. The site does not request membership, account or payment details.

adanos_consent stores your choices for 180 days. Analytics permission enables Google Analytics cookies; advertising permission enables Meta cookies and the adanos_attr campaign cookie for 30 days. The two categories are independent.

Google Analytics measures page usage and form events. Meta Pixel measures advertising. Each tool loads only with permission for its category.

Optional measurement and advertising scripts do not load without permission for their category. You can browse products and request a quote after rejecting them.

We process form data solely to answer your quote request, work out dimensions and capacity, and send you a price. Under EU law the legal basis is steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Turkish law does not use that wording; there the basis is that the processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).

Analytics, advertising and campaign data rely on your consent for the relevant category (KVKK Article 5(1), GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Necessary technical data for security and abuse prevention is assessed on the basis of legitimate interests (KVKK Article 5(2)(f), GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your data. Only the service providers that run the site have access: Vercel for hosting, Supabase (PostgreSQL) for the database holding quote records, Resend for the notification email, and, if you consented, Google LLC and Meta Platforms for measurement.

These providers' servers are located outside Türkiye, so your data is transferred abroad. The transfer follows from the services themselves and is limited to the purposes listed above.

The retention period for quote requests depends on the time needed to follow up the request and any commercial or legal retention obligations. Contact info@adanossogutma.com for information about retention or to request deletion.

Cookie lifetimes are stated on the cookies themselves: adanos_consent 180 days, adanos_attr 30 days. You can delete both from your browser settings at any time.

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose and whether the data is used accordingly, to know the third parties it has been transferred to in Türkiye or abroad, to have incomplete or incorrect data corrected, to request erasure where the conditions are met, and to have these actions notified to the parties the data was transferred to.

If you are in the European Union, the GDPR gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Send your request to info@adanossogutma.com; once we have verified your identity we reply within the statutory period.

Use “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page to change your choice. Measurement stops when preferences reopen; only categories you approve again are enabled.

Withdrawal takes effect going forward; it does not invalidate processing carried out on the basis of consent up to that point. If you would like a quote request you sent earlier to be deleted, an email is enough.
